In October 2017, Anneke contracted the 4 × 1080m ³ blast furnace hot blast stove refractory general integration project of Vietnam and Fangrong Orange Steel Company. The project is located in the Fangrong Orange Economic Development Zone in central Vietnam and is divided into two phases of construction. All 12 hot stoves in 4 blast furnaces adopt the patented technology of Anneke cone column composite burner.

The technology has been systematically developed around hot problems such as low blast temperature, low thermal efficiency, high gas consumption, high NOx emission value, dislocation of burner nozzle, collapse of hot blast outlet and short service life of hot blast stove caused by lattice brick sinking, and has completely solved the pain points of frequent blast furnace shutdown and high cost before iron.

As of June 18, 2019, the first phase of the No. 1 blast furnace hot blast stove was successfully put into operation, and the first phase of the No. 2 blast furnace hot blast stove was successfully put into operation on November 15. After nearly a year of trial operation of the two blast furnaces, the efficiency of the hot blast stove has been fully brought into full play, and the average blast temperature of the blast furnace has reached 1250 ℃, which has achieved the high standards of energy saving, consumption reduction, green and environmental protection, and practiced the core culture of Annike customer satisfaction.

Vietnam and the Group is the top steel producer in Vietnam and one of the most promising and competitive integrated steel companies in Vietnam. Vietnam and Fangrong orange hot blast stove refractory integration project is the second customer of Anneke in Southeast Asia after India to use the patented technology of cone column composite burner. It is also a successful example of the company's positive response to "the belt and road initiative" and the implementation of "going out" strategy. After 17 years of wind and rain, Anneke will continue to promote the technological development of blast furnace hot blast stove and the progress of refractory technology, and make unremitting efforts to become the preferred service provider of global high temperature industry.
