On January 22, 2020, Zhengzhou Annike Industrial Co., Ltd. organized all after-sales service specialists to hold a learning and training meeting with the theme of "creating value for customers and satisfying customers forever.

The meeting was presided over by Wang Panfeng, deputy general manager of the marketing company. Focusing on the work of 32 after-sales service sites in 2019, the meeting summarized the results of the 21 completed construction sites and analyzed the deficiencies. Arrangements have been made for the follow-up work of the 11 construction sites that have not yet been completed.

Since then, the meeting was led by Fan Weiqiang, chief of the after-sales service department. Based on "Ironmaking Design Reference Materials", "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Industrial Furnace Masonry Engineering" and "Furnace Construction Engineering Manual", combined with the company's hot blast furnace technology and product characteristics, the key points of design and construction of hot blast furnace system were explained in detail, and the construction key points of top-burning hot blast furnace burner and the construction specifications of amorphous materials were improved.

In addition, the meeting also introduced the internal combustion hot blast stove, external combustion hot blast stove, hot metal ladle, ladle, torpedo tank, lime kiln, belt roasting machine and other industrial furnace design and masonry points, further enriching the company's series of products after-sales service system.
