Wang Panfeng, director of design department of Annike Company, Yin Kunbao, R & D worker, and Li Guanpeng, technical engineer, attended the meeting.
The theme of this meeting is "continuously improve the quality of raw fuel, improve the level of fine operation, and strive to achieve green and efficient ironmaking production". The meeting focused on the latest scientific and technological achievements in many aspects, such as the optimization of ironmaking raw fuel quality and burden structure, fine operation technology of blast furnace, longevity technology of blast furnace, coking and coal injection technology, energy saving and emission reduction of ironmaking system, equipment design, non blast furnace ironmaking, etc., and jointly discussed the high efficiency, low consumption, environmental protection, green and intelligent ironmaking technology under the new situation.
Professor Yang Tianjun, chairman of the ironmaking branch of the Chinese metal society, made a theme report on "continuously improving the quality of raw materials and fuels, improving the level of fine operation, and striving to achieve green and efficient ironmaking production". Experts and professors from key domestic iron and steel enterprises and scientific research institutes also published a number of wonderful reports on blast furnace ironmaking production and technological development.
At this conference, our company published two papers. "Analysis and Solution of Burner Deflagration Damage Problem of Top Burning Hot Blast Stove" puts forward the problem of burner deflagration in the practical application of small hat top burning hot blast stove, and analyzes the causes of gas deflagration problem of the furnace type burner. From the four aspects of burner process design, hot blast stove operation, structural design and material resistance matching, the solution to avoid or reduce the damage caused by deflagration to the burner is put forward.
The development of refractory castable for blast furnace air supply branch pipe is aimed at the current situation of high temperature, large heat loss and easy damage of blast furnace air supply branch pipe wall. The developed castable has remarkable characteristics in reducing the temperature of blast supply branch pipe wall, improving heat utilization efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, and prolonging service life, showing our company's enterprising spirit of continuous research and innovation in the technical field of blast furnace hot blast furnace.
