On October 6, 2022, Shanxi Hongda Iron and Steel Group's newly-built 1350m ³ blast furnace, which was contracted by Sinosteel Equipment, was successfully ignited and worked out on the 7th. This time, Shanxi Hongda Iron and Steel Group's newly-built 1350m ³ blast furnace is equipped with 4 top-burning hot-blast furnaces, all of which adopt the cone-column rotary cutting top-burning hot-blast furnace technology jointly developed by Annike and MCC Jingcheng.

The cone-column rotary cutting top-fired hot-blast stove is the latest generation of hot-blast stove technology with completely independent intellectual property rights, which has been successfully developed by Anneke after more than 1,000 tests and breaking through the technical barriers of foreign hot-blast stoves. The technology completely solves the common problems of low air temperature, high gas consumption, high NOx emission, misplacement of burner nozzle and collapse of hot-blast outlet. At the same time, the three-dimensional mixing burner used in the cone-column rotary cutting top-fired hot blast stove makes the air gas mixture more uniform and efficient, and has the leading advantages of high air temperature, long life, low energy consumption, low emission and low investment. At present, the cone-column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast stove has obtained international patents from Russia, Japan, Ukraine, India, Indonesia and other countries, and has been applied to 486 hot blast stoves of 150 blast furnaces from 450m to 3200m in the world, and has successfully entered the Russian market in 2021.

The newly-built 1350m ³ blast furnace in Shanxi Hongda adopts cone column rotary cutting hot blast stove, which is not only the affirmation of Annike hot blast stove technology by Hongda Group, an important iron and steel enterprise in Shanxi, but also the re-recognition of Annike technology, products and services by the whole market.
