The third quarter of 2022 is drawing to a close. Under the current situation of declining revenue and serious profit pressure in the iron and steel industry, in view of the development requirements of iron and steel enterprises for energy conservation, emission reduction, quality improvement and efficiency improvement of iron and steel blast furnaces, Anneke has repeatedly won orders in the field of blast furnace ironmaking with green, low-carbon, environmentally friendly and efficient cone column rotary cutting top-fired hot blast furnace technology. The company's construction sites are running well, interpret the core culture of customer satisfaction with practical actions.

On July 1, Meishan Iron and Steel No.2 Blast Furnace No.1 Hot Blast Furnace Renovation Project successfully capped the hoisting of the hot blast furnace shell. The project is a new project in situ after the original 1# hot blast stove is dismantled, and it also marks that the second Anneke cone-column rotary-cut top-burning hot blast stove will soon be put into production and operation. Since February this year, after the first Anneke cone column rotary cutting top combustion hot blast stove was put into operation, the air supply temperature of the hot blast stove system has increased by 25 ℃, and the gas consumption per ton of iron has been reduced to 443 m/t (HM), which is 4.8% lower than that of the internal combustion hot blast stove before the renovation.
