Annike Attends "2022 Ironmaking Academic Annual Meeting" and Made Technical Report
From July 20 to 23, 2022, sponsored by the Chinese Society of Metals and the Ironmaking Branch of the Chinese Society of Metals, and co-organized by the Shanghai Society of Metals and Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., the "2022 National Ironmaking Production Technology Conference and Ironmaking Academic Annual Conference" Held in Zhanjiang City, Guangdong Province, the theme of the conference is: "Green, Low Carbon, Intelligent and Efficient". Li Fuchao, chairman of Zhengzhou Annike Industrial Co., Ltd., Li Chaohong, assistant to the president, Yang Jinpo, deputy general manager of Zhengzhou Hot Blast Stove Co., Ltd., and Li Guanpeng, design engineer, attended the meeting.
Yang Jinpo, deputy general manager of Zhengzhou Annike Hot Blast Stove Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., combined with the theme of the conference, made a report on "Low Carbon, Energy Saving and High Efficiency Cone Column Rotary Cutting Top Fired Hot Blast Stove Technology" at the conference. He shared with experts the unique technology of cone column Rotary Cutting Top Fired Hot Blast Stove with low investment, low energy consumption, low emission, high air temperature and long life, and explained the principle of three-nitrogen mixed burner, it can achieve NOx emissions ≤ 50 mg/m, which is more than 65% lower than the "Ultra-low Emission Standard for Air Pollutants in Iron and Steel Industry", which can fully meet the requirements of green, low-carbon and sustainable development of ironmaking system.

During the meeting, the chairman of the company led a team to visit representatives of major steel manufacturers, metallurgical design units, and scientific research institutes participating in the meeting, and fully exchanged the technical progress of the ironmaking system, equipment development, and practical problems in production and operation. The hot blast furnace system integration solution was highlighted, and the development of Annike in the fields of pre-iron coking and pellets in recent years was reported.

As the co-organizer of the conference, Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron and Steel, Anneke Company has integrated the hot blast stove technology and products of key parts for it. The hot blast stoves of the three blast furnaces that have been put into operation have reached or exceeded the expected targets. Delegates at the meeting affirmed the work done by Anneke in the field of low-carbon ironmaking technology, especially the achievements made by top-burning hot blast stove technology and integrated supporting materials.
