Luoyang Annike High Temperature New Material Industrial Park is located in the industrial agglomeration area of Yichuan County, Luoyang City, with a planned area of 415 mu, a planned investment of 1.25 billion yuan and a planned production capacity of 400000 tons. Build a high-temperature new material research and development center, a top-burning hot blast stove engineering technology center, a metallurgical technology production and melting center, a national-level ironmaking refractory testing center and a technical product trading platform.
Afterwards, the participating experts actively spoke and discussed the theme of "low-carbon, intelligent, new era, second entrepreneurship, new journey. Mr. Yang Tianjun, president of the Ironmaking Branch of the China Metal Society and former president of Beijing University of Science and Technology, first congratulated Anneke on its second venture. Anneke is already an international leader in the hardware field of blast furnace hot blast stove. In the future, it needs to combine hardware and software to develop in the direction of intelligence. Second, it puts forward some suggestions on the new demand of low-carbon metallurgy and hydrogen metallurgy smelting technology for refractory materials. Anneke should follow up the development of cutting-edge technology and follow up relevant scientific research work in time, take science and technology as the guide, and become a leading technology enterprise. Third, the development of enterprises should strengthen talent management, through the industrial Internet, 5G technology to strengthen the hot blast stove and blast furnace interconnection.

At the same time, it needs to plan in advance and actively respond to the shortage of raw material resources. Mr. Zhang Bo, the former president of China Metallurgical Jingcheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., proposed to actively develop the application of other industrial solid wastes in refractory materials, purify the environment, and assume corporate social responsibility; use biomass to generate electricity and build green factories; improve the management system and build intelligence Production lines, make low-carbon refractories. Mr. Zhou Ningsheng, the former dean of the Institute of High Temperature Materials of Henan University of Science and Technology, proposed to handle five relationships, the relationship between "specialization" and "pan-wide", the relationship between attracting talents and cultivating talents, etc., to form five major advantages, system advantages, Talent training advantages, management advantages, humanistic concept advantages, etc. Mr. Ye Fangbao, former director of the High Temperature Institute of Zhengzhou University, proposed that the construction of the industrial park should do a good job in equipment information collection, adopt high-level equipment, pay attention to kiln energy-saving technology, temperature control accuracy, automation level, etc., take the road of green energy conservation, and build 4A-level industrial park. The establishment of the research institute should be based on the needs of the industry and its own advantages, strengthen scientific research cooperation with other scientific research institutions, and actively expand new areas. Mr. Lu Mingchun, former vice president of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group and ironmaking expert, proposed that Anneke has made the hot blast stove into an international leading level after 20 years, which is Anneke's most competitive product. Long-process steelmaking will coexist with short-process steelmaking for a long time, and the hot blast stove market will be stable. Mr. Chen Gang, former technical director of Meishan Iron and Steel Design Institute of Baowu Group, proposed that Annike needs to strengthen the training of EPC management talents to provide technical support for the follow-up project. Rotary kiln, double chamber kiln, sleeve kiln maintenance frequency is high, the need for new technological breakthroughs, can be used as a new field to expand the main project. Mr. Jin Qinguo, executive vice president of Henan Refractories Association, proposed that Annike should take hot blast stove as the main line and provide customers with integrated solutions in lime kiln, pellet and other fields. Low-carbon metallurgy is an important development direction of metallurgical technology, and it is necessary to strengthen R & D intensity in this field.
