Annike and Anyu Comprehensive Steel Co., Ltd. successfully signed a contract for the new 4# hot blast stove EPCC project.
On May 11, 2022, Zhengzhou Annike Industrial Co., Ltd. and Malaysia Anyu Integrated Steel Co., Ltd. successfully completed the signing of the EPCC project for the new 4# hot blast stove of Anyu Company through video conference.
Anyu's new 4# hot blast stove adopts the cone-column rotary cutting top-fired hot blast stove technology jointly developed by Annike and MCC Jingcheng. Compared with other types of top-fired hot blast stoves, this technology has significant advantages such as high air temperature, long life, low emission, low investment and low energy consumption. The scope of the project includes the design, supply, construction and commissioning of the hot blast stove body, pipelines and supporting electrification equipment. It is another breakthrough in the Southeast Asian market for Annike's cone-column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast stove technology after Vietnam and the 4x1080m3 blast furnace supporting refractory supply project, and has once again set up the banner of Annike brand on the Maritime Silk Road.
Anyu Comprehensive Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Anyu Resources, a famous iron and steel enterprise in Malaysia. Founded in 1961, Anyu Comprehensive Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is a short-process joint enterprise integrating smelting, steel rolling and scientific research. Its main products are long products such as billet, threaded pipe, low-carbon round steel and steel bar, and its products are exported to Europe, the Middle East and the Far East.
The cone-column rotary-cutting top-burning hot-blast stove technology has broken through the technical barriers of foreign hot-blast stoves and has completely independent intellectual property rights. It has obtained patents from Russia, Japan, Ukraine, Indonesia and other countries. It has been successfully applied to more than 3000 hot-blast stoves equipped with more than 1000 large and medium-sized blast furnaces in China and 450m3 to 5872m3 blast furnaces in countries such as Vietnam and Fa steel, Serbia, Russia, MMK steel, Russia, and Rashmi steel, with the international leading technology and products to help the global iron and steel enterprises energy-saving high-yield, low nitrogen and low carbon green development.
Annike people will not forget their first heart, and will unswervingly help promote high-efficiency, energy-saving, green and intelligent hot blast stove technology, and make unremitting efforts to establish Annike's international brand and realize the preferred service provider for the global high-temperature industry.
