On April 26, 2022, the green high-quality steel belt roasting machine project of Zhongtian Iron and Steel Group, which was supplied by Annike with technical services and refractory materials for key parts, was successfully put into operation.

The green high-quality steel belt roasting machine of Zhongtian Iron and Steel Group adopts Finnish Outotec technology, which is digested, absorbed and optimized by Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. Based on years of research and application of refractory materials in belt roasting machine, Annike has made many technical exchanges with Shougang International and German Design Company, and put forward a localization solution to the original design requirements of refractory materials in key parts of belt roasting machine of Zhongtian Iron and Steel Group, which has been unanimously approved by Finnish Outotec, German Design Company and Shougang International. Annike carefully organized batch factory production test, after comprehensive testing and analysis of the trial products of chemical, physical, use performance, product performance all exceed the design requirements, production equipment, production process, production capacity is feasible. After undertaking the production task of refractory materials in key parts of the belt roasting machine of Zhongtian Iron and Steel Group, Annike carefully organized the production and strictly controlled the process quality. After self-inspection and third-party inspection, the product performance was stable and reliable, meeting the contract requirements.
