On the evening of March 29, 2022, the No.3 blast furnace of Zhongtian Green Fine Steel Ironmaking Project, which is provided by Zhengzhou Annike Industrial Co., Ltd. with hot blast stove technology and refractory integration services, was ignited and put into operation, and the iron was successfully delivered on March 30.

Zhongtian Green Fine Steel Ironmaking Project 3# Blast Furnace

Zhongtian Iron and Steel Nantong Fine Steel Project is committed to building a green and ecological new steel city. Through the implementation of fine processes and the optimization of various emission indicators, sewage and solid waste will not leave the factory and internal circulation will be realized. The exhaust gas emission index is better than the national ultra-low emission standard by more than 30%, the ratio of clean transportation mode is more than 90%, and the process energy consumption index reaches the advanced level in the industry.

The ironmaking system is the general contractor of China Metallurgical Sadie, and 3 blast furnaces are equipped with 3 blast furnaces, of which 2# and 3# 2400m3 blast furnaces are equipped with 8 Anneke cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast furnaces, and 1#2300m3 blast furnace is equipped with 4 Sadie top-burning hot blast furnaces. The refractory materials for the whole system of hot blast furnaces are supplied by Anneke and provided with technical support.

Annike and China Metallurgical Sadie work closely together to serve the owners and realize the high efficiency, intensification and greening of the hot blast stove. During the implementation of the project, the teams of the two sides conducted in-depth technical exchanges on the design of the hot blast stove. During the period, two cold simulation experiments were conducted to provide technical support for the design of the hot blast stove supporting the ironmaking blast furnace of Zhongtian Green High-quality Steel Project. The advanced characteristics of low nitrogen and low carbon of the burner of Anike cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast stove are fully able to meet the process requirements of Zhongtian Green High-quality Steel Project.

3# blast furnace construction in October 2020, is the first high Nantong project

The furnace is put into operation. At present, the hot blast stove supporting 1# blast furnace is being baked, and the refractory masonry of the hot blast stove of 2# blast furnace has entered the construction stage. Anneke will complete the supply of refractory materials for the hot blast stove system with good quality and quantity to ensure that the construction node of the hot blast stove of 2# blast furnace is completed on schedule.
