The first is to gradually change the marketing model, collect project information through multiple channels, standardize the marketing system, and keep up with market changes; the second is to do a good job in the construction of the talent team, focus on technical and management talents, improve the salary guarantee system, and condense team spirit. The third is to improve the team's execution ability, focusing on the code of conduct of "rapid response and immediate action" and the work policy of "having ideas, making plans, landing, and being able to implement" to quickly advance the progress of various key tasks.
