On August 31, the hot blast furnace of Ningbo iron and steel co., ltd. no 2 blast furnace technical renovation project was ignited and dried, and the furnace capacity of ning iron and steel co., ltd. no 2 blast furnace was 2500m. the full set of burner refractory materials for the four hot blast furnace systems of this technical renovation was supplied by anke. since it was put into operation, the hot blast furnace air supply has achieved a wind temperature ≥ 1250 ℃.
Since September, the 8 hot stoves matched with 1# and 3# blast furnaces of Zhongtian Iron and Steel Nantong Fine Steel Ironmaking Project have successively completed the masonry construction of the furnace body. The 2 × 2400m blast furnace of the ironmaking project is matched with 8 Annike cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot stoves and the 1 × 2300m blast furnace is matched with 4 Sadie top-burning hot stoves. The refractory materials for the whole system of the hot blast furnace are integrated supply by Annike and provide technical support.
On September 29, Tongling Rotary Special Steel 1# blast furnace built a new (4#) Annei cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast stove EPC project, and the hot blast stove body was built with refractory masonry.
On September 29, the refractory masonry of 1# hot blast stove in Linyi Steel Investment and Special Steel Project was successfully capped. The ironmaking unit of this project is a 2770m blast furnace, which is equipped with 4 rotary cutting top-burning hot blast stoves. The refractory materials of the hot blast stove system are supplied by Anneke. The smooth capping of the refractory materials of the hot blast stove body marks a big step forward for the project to the hot blast stove oven.
On October 5, good news came from the relocation project of the city steel plant of Hebei Tangshan Tianzhu Iron and Steel Company. The 2# hot blast stove was officially ignited and baked! The 2 × 1780m blast furnace in this project is equipped with 6 rotary cutting top-burning hot blast furnaces. The refractory masonry of the 1# hot blast furnace body has been closed before the National Day, and the refractory masonry of the hot blast pipe is under intense and orderly construction.
On October 8, the refractory masonry of the four hot blast furnaces supporting the second phase construction project of Kungang New District was all capped and completed. The ironmaking project is equipped with a 2500m ³ blast furnace. The refractory materials of the hot blast furnace system are supplied by Anneke. At present, the refractory masonry of the four hot blast furnaces has been completed.
On October 17, the refractory masonry of No. 3 hot blast furnace of Fujian Dadonghai fine steel project No. 1 blast furnace was successfully closed. The 2 × 1260m blast furnace of this project is equipped with 8 Anneke cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast furnaces, and the remaining 3 hot blast furnaces of No. 1 blast furnace will complete the refractory masonry construction by the end of October.
