In the second quarter, the company's construction sites were running well, and a number of key projects were either under construction or capped and put into production, interpreting the core culture of customer satisfaction with practical actions.
On April 3, the 3#1350m blast furnace of an iron and steel company in Shanxi was successfully put into operation. The hot blast furnace system was equipped with 4 Anneke cone column rotary cutting top-fired hot blast furnaces. At present, the average air supply temperature of pure blast furnace gas is above 1260 ℃, exceeding the expected effect.


 

On April 15, 4 hot blast stoves of 3#2400m blast furnace of a Jiangsu iron and steel company were successfully capped, 4 hot blast stoves of 1#2400m blast furnace were capped on April 25, 8 Anneke cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast stoves were equipped for the two blast furnaces, and 12 hot blast stoves of 3 blast furnaces were all supplied with refractory materials. Currently, they have entered the stage of full-scale masonry.
 


On May 8, a Zhejiang iron and steel company held a commencement ceremony for the intelligent technological transformation project of 2#2500m3 blast furnace. The full set of burner refractory materials for the hot blast stove system was supplied by Anneke.
 

On May 8, the new construction of 1# and 3#1350m blast furnace hot blast furnaces of a steel company in Shandong Province was successfully put into operation. The 6 rotary cutting top-burning hot blast furnaces configured in the hot blast furnace system were provided with EP service by Annike.
 

On May 10, the 1#1580m blast furnace of a Shanxi iron and steel company was officially put into operation. The hot blast furnace system was equipped with three Anneke cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast furnaces. At present, various parameters of the blast furnace have reached or exceeded the design indexes.
 

On May 31, four hot blast furnace shells of a 2770m blast furnace of an iron and steel company in Shandong were successfully capped. All the refractory materials of the four rotary cutting top-burning hot blast furnaces were integrated and supplied. Currently, they have entered the masonry stage.
 

On June 4, the hot blast stove of a 2#1260m blast furnace of a Shanxi iron and steel company was successfully ignited, so far all the 10 anke cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast stoves equipped with 3 blast furnaces were put into operation.
 

On June 18, 4 hot blast furnace shells of a 2# blast furnace of a Fujian iron and steel company were capped. The 2 1260m blast furnaces were equipped with 8 Annike cone column rotary cutting top burning hot blast furnaces and provided EP service. Currently, they have entered the masonry stage.
