Annike General Contracting Rizhao Iron and Steel Blast Furnace Hot Blast Stove Overhaul Project Officially Started

On June 18, 2021, Zhengzhou Annike Industrial Co., Ltd. and Rizhao Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. signed a contract for the overhaul project of 5#6# and 15#16# blast furnace hot blast stove. Among them, the 5#6# blast furnace has a furnace capacity of 816m, and each blast furnace is equipped with 4 large hat-top burning hot blast furnaces with refractory balls as heat storage bodies. The 15#16# blast furnace has a furnace capacity of 1080m, and each blast furnace is equipped with 4 improved small hat-top burning hot blast furnaces with refractory balls as heat storage bodies.

The main technical applications of the 4 blast furnace hot blast stove overhaul are:

(1) The application technology of the lattice brick heat storage body without replacing the cage furnace grate;

(2) integral pouring technology of combustion port, hot air outlet and pipeline three-way fork;

(3) Hot air pipeline system high temperature point digging repair technology;

(4) rapid baking technology of silicon hot blast stove body;

After the overhaul of the hot blast stove, it can be realized:

(1) The air supply temperature is 1200 ℃, which is 20 ℃ higher than that before the transformation, the fuel ratio is reduced by 4 kg/t, and the ironmaking cost is saved by about 32 million yuan/year;

(2) The resistance loss is reduced by 50%, saving about 2 million yuan/year compared with that before the transformation.

(3) The shell temperature of the combustion port, hot air outlet and pipe fork is about 20 ℃ lower than that before the transformation, and the thermal efficiency of the system is increased from 85% to 89%.

The 4 blast furnaces are to be overhauled in the order of 6#, 5#, 15# and 16# blast furnaces in turn, and the absolute duration of the 4 hot blast furnaces for each blast furnace is 23 days.

After nearly 8 days of intensive preparatory work, the conditions for the overhaul of the hot blast stove of the 6# blast furnace have been completed, which fully reflects the professionalism of the EPC project of the hot blast stove system of Annike Company, and has been highly recognized by relevant experts of Rizhao Iron and Steel Company.
