Recently, Shanxi Jingang Group reported another good news on the spot. On May 10, 2021, the No.1 blast furnace in Shanxi Jingang Zhizao Science and Technology Industrial Park was officially put into operation. After more than half a month of debugging, various indexes of the blast furnace tended to be stable. The current air supply temperature of the hot blast furnace was as high as 1291 ℃, which marked another successful application of the cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast furnace jointly developed by Annike and Zhongye Jingcheng.

Shanxi Jigang Zhizao Science and Technology Industrial Park No. 1 blast furnace has a furnace capacity of 1260m ³ and is equipped with three cone-column rotary cutting top-burning hot stoves. The working system of "two fires and one delivery" is adopted. The air gas is preheated to 180 ℃, the design air temperature is ≥ 1200 ℃, the air supply time is 60 minutes, the current maximum air temperature is 1291 ℃, the average air temperature is ≥ 1250 ℃, and the air supply time is 60 minutes.

Shanxi Jingang Group is one of the top 500 manufacturing enterprises in China and a key iron and steel joint enterprise in Shanxi Province. Anneke, as its high-quality strategic partner, undertook the project of rebuilding 6 hot stoves of 2 × 1260m ³ blast furnace and 3 hot blast stoves of 3# blast furnace and adding 1 hot blast stove in 2020. Among them, the 2 × 1260m blast furnace is equipped with 6 Anneke cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast furnaces. The 1# blast furnace has been successfully put into operation and the 2# blast furnace will be completed in June 2021. The original 3 big hat top-fired hot blast stoves of the 3# blast furnace were transformed into Annike cone column rotary cutting top-fired hot blast stoves have been successfully put into operation, and a new Annike cone column rotary cutting top-fired hot blast stove was completed in May 2021.
