The 1# and 3# blast furnaces of Shiheng Special Steel Group have a furnace capacity of 1350m ³ and were originally equipped with 3 top-burning hot blast furnaces. In order to achieve the goals of reducing energy consumption, emission reduction, quality improvement and efficiency increase, a total of 6 hot blast furnaces of the two blast furnaces have undergone technological upgrading and transformation with the help of blast furnace overhaul opportunities, and EP services are provided by Annike. After the technical upgrading and transformation of the hot blast stove, the mixed average air supply temperature is greater than 1200 degrees, which effectively reduces the fuel ratio of the blast furnace and is expected to bring economic benefits of 25 million yuan/year to Shiheng Special Steel. This is another key project after the smooth commissioning and stable smooth operation of the 4# and 5# blast furnace hot blast stove projects of Annike General Contractor Shiheng Special Steel.
