2021 is the first year of the "14th Five-Year Plan". Anneke has always been committed to continuously promoting the technological development of blast furnace hot blast stove and the progress of refractory technology. Following the remarkable achievement of signing 13 blast furnace hot blast stove projects and 75000 tons of integrated refractory materials in February 1., good news was reported frequently in March, with the signing of contracts for 5 blast furnace ironmaking projects completed, 10 construction sites advanced in an orderly manner, achieving a good start in the first quarter, and laying a good start for the completion of the annual business objectives.

On March 1, Anneke won the bid for Linyi Steel to invest in special steel-ironmaking unit 2770m blast furnace hot blast stove project. The project was contracted by China Metallurgical Jingcheng EPC. Anneke provided core technical support and integrated more than 15000 tons of refractory materials for four rotary cutting top-burning hot blast stoves.

On March 7, the shell of the 1# hot blast stove of the 3# blast furnace of Zhongtian Green Fine Steel Project was successfully capped, and the next hot blast stove will enter the stage of refractory masonry. The project is contracted by China Metallurgical Sadie. The 12 hot blast stoves of 3 2400 m blast furnaces are all supported by Anneke with refractory technology and more than 43000 tons of refractory integrated. Among them, the 8 hot blast stoves of 2# and 3# blast furnaces all adopt Anneke cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast stove technology.

On March 10, the four hot blast furnace shells of the second phase construction project of Kungang New District were capped. The hot blast furnace body has started internal spraying operations. The next step is that the hot blast furnace will enter the refractory masonry stage. One 2500m ³ blast furnace and four hot stoves in the project are supported by Anneke and more than 13000 tons of refractory materials are integrated.

On March 13, 4 hot blast furnace shells of No.1 blast furnace of Fujian Dadonghai Fine Steel Project were capped. The 2 1260m ³ blast furnaces of the project are equipped with 8 Annike cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast furnaces. Annike provides EPC services and integrates more than 24000 tons of refractory materials.

On March 14, Anneke won the bid for the supporting hot blast stove project of the 4# blast furnace upgrading project of Xinyang Iron and Steel Ironmaking Plant. The effective furnace capacity of the 4# blast furnace is 1250m. An Anneke cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast stove is added to the hot blast stove system and more than 2000 tons of core refractory materials are matched.

On March 18, the hot blast stove of No.2 blast furnace of Hebei Tianzhu Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. was successfully capped. The structure construction in the furnace was being carried out a few days ago, and the next step will enter the stage of refractory masonry. The 2 1780m blast furnaces of the project are equipped with 6 rotary-cutting top-burning hot stoves, with technical support provided by Anneke and more than 10000 tons of core refractory materials.

On March 29, the hot blast stove of No.3 blast furnace of Baowu Zhanjiang Iron and Steel Ironmaking Project was successfully ignited and dried. The hot blast stove system adopted 4 top-burning hot blast stoves and 2 pre-heating stoves. So far, Anneke has provided core technical support and more than 50000 tons of core refractory materials for Baowu Zhanjiang Iron and Steel 3 × 5050m ³ blast furnace hot blast stove system.

On March 29, Baotou Steel's 6# blast furnace medium repair project was officially put into operation. Baotou Steel's ironmaking plant's 6# blast furnace has a furnace capacity of 2500m and will be shut down for overhaul on January 6, 2021. Anneke will provide technical support for hot blast furnace maintenance and support more than 5000 tons of core refractory materials. After 80 days and nights of hard work and concerted efforts by all participating units, the mid-repair task was successfully completed 8 days in advance.

On March 31, Anneke and MMK Steel Group of Russia signed an EP project to upgrade two internal combustion hot blast furnaces of 7# blast furnace into Anneke cone column rotary cutting top combustion hot blast furnace, with a furnace capacity of 1280m ³. The project includes hot blast furnace system design, complete supply of equipment and materials and on-site technical services.
