Annike Baohe Steel Leting 3 × 2922 m Blast Furnace All Put into Production
On April 10, 2021, the 3# blast furnace of Hegang Leting Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was successfully ironized, marking the smooth commissioning of all 3 blast furnaces of Hegang Leting Iron and Steel Co., Ltd.
Hegang Leting Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. has built a total of 3 2922m ³ blast furnaces. Each blast furnace is equipped with 3 "rotary cutting top-burning hot blast furnaces" jointly developed by China Metallurgical Jingcheng and Annike. All the refractory materials for the 9 hot blast furnace systems are integrated and supplied by Zhengzhou Annike Industrial Co., Ltd.
In order to realize the construction goal of "the world's cleanest steel plant" in Leting Iron and Steel New District of Hegang, the project has been adhering to the concept of integration, energy saving and green from the beginning of design. Based on the industry's advanced dynamic accurate digitization-intelligent design system for hot blast stoves, and based on the digital analog-cold-hot-hot comprehensive simulation test platform of top-burning hot blast stoves, China Metallurgical Jingcheng and Anneke have realized the digital accurate calculation and design of all process parameters of hot blast stoves. The emission indexes of CO, NOx and other pollutants from hot blast stoves are reduced by more than 30% compared with the "Tangshan Ultra-low emission standard" currently the industry's most stringent. 1# and 2# blast furnaces have been put into operation in September and November 2020 respectively. Since 7 months of operation, single-fired blast furnace gas and air gas are preheated. The two-fired and one-delivery working system is adopted to realize air supply temperature ≥ 1250 ℃,NOx emission ≤ 70 mg/m, and various operation indexes are excellent.
