(1) The burner is easy to purge and prevent micro-explosion without displacement structure to solve the nozzle displacement caused by severe deflagration.
(2) Air gas inlet combination bricks and bridge bricks strengthen the structure to improve the stability, safety and reliability of the ring road.

The air temperature is about 20 ℃ higher than that of other forms of hot blast stove configured by 1# blast furnace with the same design and use conditions, and the gas consumption is saved by more than 3%.
In December 2016, Baowu Egang 5#2800m³The project of adding 4# cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast stove to blast furnace has been put into operation. The air supply temperature of 4# hot blast stove is above 1230 ℃, which is 50 ℃ higher than that of the other 3 hot blast stoves under the same conditions.
In January 2018, Shandong Shiheng Special Steel 3# blast furnace added 4# cone column rotary cutting top-burning hot blast stove project put into operation. The CO content in the flue gas of 4# hot blast stove is less than 100ppm, which is more than 30% lower than that of the other 3 karujin-like hot blast stoves.
In October 2018, HBIS Serbian Steel Company 1595m³Two of the internal combustion hot blast furnaces in the blast furnace were transformed into cone column rotary cutting top combustion hot blast furnaces, and the air temperature was increased by about 300 ℃ compared with that before the transformation, reaching more than 1200 ℃.
In 2018, Anke contracted Vietnam and Fangrong Orange Steel Company 4 × 1080m³Blast furnace, 12 hot blast stoves all adopt cone column rotary cutting top combustion hot blast stove technology. As of November 2020, all three of the blast furnaces have been put into operation, and all the indicators of the hot blast furnace have met the design requirements.
